When we moved to Carlton Drive, Linda was one of the first people I met, even though she lived on the other side of the crescent. She was so welcoming, and of course we shared the love of our bouncy little furbabies, Floyd, Lola and Casey. When I would return home from wherever, I would often drive by the Roberto house on my way to collect mail in the hope of seeing Linda out gardening. Our regular chats. I knew how hard she and Joe worked to find Eric, and what a treasure he is to both of them. She understood my fears when we learned that our son had a serious condition and she was so happy for our family when it was resolved and fixed. We commiserated over the challenges of renos, and celebrated the beautiful addition of the pool. She loved her world. Linda shone bright and is gone to soon.
